Over the last few years I have let my blog site really lapse, and after really looking at it, I decided to delete it and start fresh: New Beginnings.
My Resolution: Share the Knowledge
I am blessed to have a job where I get to play with new technology every day. I get to deploy things, tear them down, benchmark, and tear them down. This lets me get to see the good, the bad, and the ugly. My goal for this year is to post at least once a month something that will be helpful for the community.
I plan to share the lessons I’ve learned working with the technologies that power our data centers. While I’ve touched a bit of everything in my two decades in IT, this site will focus primarily on my two strongest areas of expertise: VMware and Nutanix. I plan to bring you deep dives into each platform and have a little fun along the way.
Who is this for
Whether you are a Junior Admin just deploying your first cluster, or a Senior Architect looking for detailed information, you’re in the right place. In 2026, you can expect to see:
- Real-world troubleshooting guides (not just textbook theory).
- Scripts and automation tips to hopefully save you hours of manual work.
- Commentary on where the virtualization industry is heading this year.
Thank you for stopping by at the start of this journey. Here’s to a year of high uptime, low latency, and successful migrations.
